Surface Preparation: Surface preparation is very important for the finishing paint to perform as expected. The surfaces to be primed should be cleaned of all kinds of rust, rolling shell, dirt, dust, oil and grease. First coat after sandblasting the primer is applied immediately.

Primer : Solvent epoxy primer is a dual-component primer. It is thoroughly mixed. Epoxy Thinner is used during application. In application with the prepared primer should take care of bolt heads, welding seams and sharp edges. On multiple floors, at least 8 hours should be waited between the floors, light sanding when 24 hours have passed should be done.

Final Floors : Finishes to be applied on Epoxy primer Epoxy Miox (Micamient Iron Oxide), Epoxy Coal Taar or Epoxy Topcoat, Industrial if desired Acrylic polyurethane topcoats can be applied. Immediately after application, all tools should be cleaned with thinner. Ventilation should be carried out in closed environments. During ventilation, attention should be paid to the concentration of moisture on the surfaces.
