JAGUAR ATLAS DECORATIVE

The water-based atlas effect is a water-based, specific copolymer emulsion-based, cloudy-looking interior façade topcoat decorative product.

Areas of use : The fund is applied as a top coat on the paint for decorative purposes. Glittering patterns with a cloudy appearance are obtained.

Applicable surfaces : Funds on paint.

PHYSICAL FIXTURES:

Colors: Atlas (jaguar) catalogue.

pH value : 8 – 9.

Final appearance : Figurative, semi-matte, shimmering, cloudy.

Theoretical coating value : Depending on the condition of the surface to which it is applied, it is approximately 160 – 180 ml/m² in a single layer.

Flash point : It is flammable and non-flammable.

Specific gravity : Approximately 1,20 – 1,30 gr/cm³.

Drying time : It is approximately 30 – 40 minutes at 20 ºC.

Viscosity : 115 KU (at 25 ºC)

Application Methods : It is applied with a brush or roller. Then special steel trowel is polished using . Finishing operation three times Repeats. The first finishing is done while the product is wet. Second The finishing product is made in half the traction. Third and final polishing is applied when the product dries.

Thinning : No thinning required (If desired, maximum 5% can be thinned with clean water)

Cleaning of application tools: With clean water

Required dry film thickness : Approximate 60 – 70 microns. (on one floor)

Required wet film thickness : Approximate 40 – 50 microns. (on one floor)

Waiting time between two folds : One layer is enough.


Important warning :
 The values given above apply to environments with a relative humidity of 25 ºC and less than 70 %.

Packaging types : 7,5 lt,15 lt packages.

Shelf Life : It is for two years, provided that it is in unopened packaging and kept in a cool place.

Storage and Transportation: In a cool place in a well-ventilated environment and in such a way that there is no direct sunlight.
