SILICONE PLASTIC PAINT

Silicone plastic paint is a water-based, styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion based, matte looking, decorative interior wall topcoat paint.

Uses: It is applied as a top coat of paint on concrete, plaster, chipboard etc. surfaces.

Applicable surfaces: Concrete, plaster, chipboard, drywall wall, plaster-treated surfaces, etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
  • It has the ability to be erased thanks to its soft matte texture. It has the ability to breathe.
  • It is water-based, does not smell.
  • Thanks to its high strength strength, it integrates with the surface. Thanks to the silicone admixture, it spreads easily on the surface. It has excellent coverage.
  • Easy to apply with roller and spraying.
  • If applied correctly, spillage does not swell.
  • Surfaces to be applied; It should be clean, dry, dust-free, sturdy and in a position to carry itself.
  • On uneven floors, the necessary modifications should be made and a smooth surface should be obtained.
  • On old painted surfaces, if it is water or solvent based, the necessary sanding process should be done and the priming process should be started after the surface is purified.
  • For the first time application or old sanded inner surfaces, PROLAK transparent primer (1 prolac+7 water thinning) should be used as a single layer.
  • It should not be applied directly to surfaces with high absorbency, such as gypsum, and primer application must be made.

Waiting time between two layers : 2 – 4 hours.

Full drying time : 24 hours.

Consumption : 11 -13m2/L

  • Controlled sample is recommended for precise consumption.
  • During the application, the ambient temperature should be between +5°C and +30°C.
  • The values given above apply to environments with a relative humidity of 25 ºC and less than 70 %.

Packaging types: 3,5 kg,10 kg,20 kg plastic packaging.

  • It must be stacked up to a maximum of 3 times in its original packaging.
  • It should be stored indoors.
  • Necessary precautions should be taken against water, humidity, frost and severe weather conditions.
  • It should be stored on pallets and in dry places between +10°C and +35°C.
  • Punctured, opened and exploded buckets should be closed or used immediately.
  • If the specified storage conditions are complied with, the storage life is 24 months.

Thinning should be carried out at the recommended rate and it should be observed.
In applications with quantity and continuity, special attention should be paid to thinning at the same rate in order to avoid any difference in tone.
The skin should not be contacted with eyes and mouth and the application should be made by taking the necessary work safety measures.
Avoid applying at temperatures below +5°C and above +35°C, do not try to use it by adding water to frozen material.
